In August, a new gathering space opened in Gwinnett County’s largest city. Featuring a turfed plaza, performance stage and large LED screen, it is the home base for about 100 events per year.

“The Plaza” is the latest addition to The Forum Peachtree Corners, a more than 20-year-old shopping center that is a key piece of the city’s commercial core.

Since North American Properties acquired the sprawling development along Peachtree Parkway in 2022, it has embarked on a major modernization of the property.

The Forum’s next chapter will add uses to the shopping center, including up to 380 apartments and 150 hotel rooms.
