Avenue East Cobb Redefined

In September 2023, North American Properties (NAP) completed its redevelopment of Avenue East Cobb (AEC), which reimagined the public realm and elevated the overall guest experience through an infusion of resort-inspired hospitality and event programming. The redefined AEC, now known as East Cobb’s hometown hangout, is anchored by a new 8,000-square-foot open-air Plaza featuring a raised performance stage, LED screen, dining deck and soft seating, all flanked by activated restaurant patios. Two standalone retail jewel boxes have also been added near the central gathering space to create an energized pedestrian experience. Other changes include center-wide aesthetic upgrades such as brand-expressive storefronts, a refreshed streetscape, and modernized signage, including digital directories.
