The Future of The Forum

The 22-year-old lifestyle center is currently being redeveloped and transformed into a true mixed-use destination. Construction on Phase I, the public realm expansion and retail-driven enhancements, began in May 2023 and was introduced to the community in August 2024. The Forum's merchandising collection is also getting a revamp, bringing new eateries, services, and shops to downtown Peachtree Corners. Future phases include a multifamily community and luxury, boutique hotel.
