As a Leasing Consultant at Riverton, Charles is responsible for attracting a collection of diverse retail, dining and entertainment experiences that will solidify the 400-acre waterfront development as a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. He joined NAP in December 2021 and has since applied his knowledge of the local market toward helping the team bring the best of Jersey to the heart of Jersey.

Charles has 25 years of retail leasing experience in the Northeastern region and nationally, having spearheaded efforts at 10 high-profile New Jersey regional shopping centers comprising 5.5 million square feet of gross leased area, totaling $550 in redevelopment. Charles is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and a member of ICSC. He currently resides in Mount Laurel, NJ, with his wife Tammy and their three children, Chase, Caroline, and Carson. When Charles is not working, he enjoys family time and golfing.
