As a leasing consultant for NAP, Molly leads the leasing strategy at Birkdale Village and provides support at Avalon as well as The Forum Peachtree Corners and Avenue East Cobb. During her tenure with NAP, she has signed leases with Apple, Aerie/Offline, lululemon, Nike, Rowan and Warby Parker, among others.

Molly leads the 10twelve team at JLL and her extensive experience with securing the right tenants and identifying creative uses for redevelopments and mixed-use projects has given her both a reputation for adding value and a drive for creating experiences that last.  Always staying ahead of retail trends, Molly’s success lies not just in her strategic processes, but in the meaningful relationships she’s developed with leading retailers, restaurants, and the brokerage community. 

Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Miami University. She is an active member of the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Council, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and traveling.

What is one thing you wish general consumers knew about retail leasing?
How challenging it is to get deals done to create the right merchandise mix.  I think a common misconception is that if you want a particular store or restaurant, you can just go out and get it, but there’s much more happening behind-the-scenes.
