Morgan joined NAP’s ExperienceMakers® in May 2022 as director of leasing and oversees the merchandising strategy at Ridge Hill and Mercato. Morgan began her journey in retail leasing in 2015 at Macerich where she was responsible for the merchandising mix at Queens Center, Kings Plaza and Green Acres in the New York City metro. After just three years in the industry, Morgan was named to Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” list in the Top Leasing and Sales Professionals category.

Morgan has a longstanding passion for retail, earning a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Design with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Arkansas. She has been a New York City resident for the past 10 years, enjoying all the great restaurants, entertainment and parks that the big city has to offer. Morgan is a native of Plano, Texas, and an active ICSC member.
