Reagan Williams
Retail Leasing Coordinator

Reagan launched her professional career in June 2022 as NAP Atlanta’s office coordinator after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University. Just six months later, she began playing a hybrid role and taking on leasing responsibilities in addition to her regular admin duties. Reagan was officially named retail leasing coordinator in February 2023 and now supports the team in all efforts to curate bespoke merchandising collections across the company’s portfolio. She also serves on NAP’s Fun Committee and D&I Committee.

Reagan is a native of Woodstock, Georgia, and while in high school, she worked at Chick-fil-A Towne Lake for four years, where she earned the title of team lead and marketing assistant prior to pursuing her college degree. Over the past few years, Reagan has gained an interest in real estate and architecture, which originally drew her to NAP. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and amateur photographer who loves unwinding with friends.

How did you get started in the retail leasing industry?
I was fortunate enough to get my start in retail leasing after accepting the role as the office coordinator in the NAP Atlanta office. In this role, I was able to learn pieces of how each department works together to create properties that foster community, connection, and delight. The retail leasing component piqued my interest as a foundational building block of these communities, which led to me assisting the leasing team on special projects before officially joining the team in February 2023. I’m excited to dive deeper and continue my professional path in the retail leasing industry.
