An ExperienceMaking® veteran, Sheri joined NAP in 2004 and served as a senior leasing representative for three years. After taking a two-year hiatus from the company, she returned to NAP in 2009 and was named Vice President of Leasing in 2019. In her role, Sheri oversees all high-level leasing activity across the portfolio, functioning as liaison between leasing managers, development and construction teams, investment partners, tenants and more to ensure a seamless process from lease signing to store opening. A key member of the team that launched Avalon in 2014, Sheri brought the first phase of the development to 96% leased prior to opening. During her tenure at NAP, Sheri has inked 200+ agreements with well-known retailers such as Athleta, lululemon, Nike, Sephora, Sundance (only Georgia location) and Warby Parker. Sheri was awarded a CREW Atlanta Impact Award in 2016 and received the 2019 Strength & Stability Award from NAP.

Sheri holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an active member of CREW, ICSC, and ULI. When she’s not performing her air traffic control duties, Sheri enjoys attending her supper club, reading and exercising.
