Avenue East Cobb Redefined

Avenue East Cobb (AEC) received a facelift that was completed in September 2023 and repositioned the property as a comfortable, family-friendly social gathering hub. The redefined AEC is known as East Cobb’s hometown hangout and anchored by a central, open-air Plaza, carved out of former storefront spaces and flanked by activated restaurant patios. Other notable investments included replacing excessive parking with two standalone jewel boxes, adding brand-expressive storefronts, refreshing the streetscape, and modernizing the signage.
